Why you should not put a nail in your tooth
It’s hard to say exactly what this means for your health, but the best thing you can do is to keep it out of your mouth.
This is important if you’re on medication that could be harmful to your teeth, like the antibiotics we use to treat infections, or if you have any other conditions that might cause you to cough up the white stuff.
It’s also important to avoid brushing your teeth until you’re almost full, or your gums are clogged up, and this means using a toothbrush with a long handle and a flat, hollow part.
You can always use your fingers to brush your teeth and use a toothpick to rub out the grit on the teeth.
But a tooth brush can be expensive and you’ll also need a good set of brushes, and they won’t last very long if you use them all at once.
The best way to avoid getting a bad infection is to use a good anti-bacterial shampoo and conditioner, such as AHA toothpaste, or a mild moisturiser, such like Dove Classic Shampoo or the Natural Shampoo from AHA.
Another way to get rid of the white matter is to visit a dentist who can remove it from your mouth with a laser or an implant, which will take your tooth away from your gummy caps.
But if you go this route, remember to ask if you can be treated with an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or naproxen.
The doctor will also need to tell you if there are any other infections, which can be hard to tell without a scan.
